1. Golden League Xun, deceitful warriors serving a crime syndicate.
2. Provincial Jiang-Shi Vampire, a vampire variant that drains the breath of the living.
3. Razu (tengu master bard), a performer bent on vengeance.
4. Rivka, parasitic monsters that boost their power by clinging to kaiju.
5. Yabin the Just, a conversationalist and formidable nagaji dragon sorcerer.
6. Taiga Yai, taiga giant look-alikes that detest established civilizations.
7. Shadow Yai, music-loving beings that punish those who don’t submit to them.

These figures, while not as advanced as later obstacles, provide essential training for contenders preparing for the demanding rounds of the tournament.

The Fearsome Forces set draws players into an intriguing world, filled with packs of bloodthirsty kholos, hordes of the undead, and crowds of venomous serpentfolk. This expansive set allows game masters to assemble groups of monstrous adversaries, ready to challenge the valor of intrepid heroes in a thrilling tabletop face-off.

The latest release features a collection of 18 distinct figures, randomly sorted monsters, and characters. These miniatures form part of the Pathfinder Battles range, a series celebrated for its impressive quality and design. The Fearsome Forces set offers two product configurations to cater to various player preferences: the Single Miniature Booster and the 12ct. Battle Box. The Single Miniature Booster, priced at $6.99 MSRP, houses a single random figure and comes in a compact size of 2 x 2.25 x 1.5 inches.

 Over the past two years we have examined and learned from our last rules update. The 2021 rules update lived up to its goals of making the game more accessible to players, and we still plan to adhere to the spirit of that update. Whereas that update focused on streamlining the core gameplay, this small slate of changes will focus on increasing the excitement and flavor of most games without markedly increasing the complexity of its rules. Rules you read about in these articles won’t take effect until closer to the release of Marvel HeroClix: Spider-Man Beyond Amazing, when players have the updated rulebook in-hand. As with all rules updates, we will reveal the PAC and Comprehensive rulebook ahead of that release. 

Over the course of this series, we will walk you through all the upcoming changes. Our goal is to both demonstrate the fun behind these changes as well as to clarify any initial questions that you may have.
